THE HOUSE 8804 Skyward Street is a two-story Sumatra Select from GL Homes' Bali Collection, delivered new in 2021 and held by its original owners ever since. It sits on a lake lot inside Lotus — the original, guard-gated Boca Raton neighborhood, with its own 26,000-square-foot clubhouse. What separates this one from the other Sumatras built in Lotus is what happened after closing. ARRIVAL AND THE MAIN LEVEL The entry opens at 22 feet, with a curved staircase wrapping an oval ceiling detail and a formal living room open to the loft above.
