A New Sanctuary in the Design District: Kempinski Residences Unveils Resort-Style Living

New visual renderings have just been released for the Kempinski Residences Miami Design District, offering a glimpse into what will soon be a premier sanctuary in one of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods. Located at 3801 and 3883 Biscayne Boulevard, this two-tower, 23-story development represents the Kempinski Group’s first branded residential project in the United States.

Brought to life by a world-class team—including developer DaGrosa Capital Development Partners, the visionary architects at Arquitectonica, interior design by Rockwell Group, and landscape architecture by Enea—the project is a testament to carefully curated luxury.

Curated Homes and Expansive Views Moving away from standard condo living, the development is designed to provide true homes. The property will feature 128 spacious residences, alongside six exclusive townhomes and 18 guest suites available only to residents. The interior layouts are generous, ranging from two to four bedrooms and spanning 2,100 to 3,100 square feet. Each home extends outward with expansive terraces, providing residents with breathtaking, unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and the Downtown Miami skyline.

An Elevated Lifestyle Connection The centerpiece of the property's amenity collection is an elevated fourth-floor sky bridge that seamlessly connects the twin towers. This architectural feature anchors a suite of wellness and recreation spaces designed to elevate everyday living:

  • Wellness & Recovery: A state-of-the-art fitness center, lap pool, cold plunge, infrared and steam saunas, and outdoor training spaces.
  • Recreation & Social: Twin pool decks, a serene yoga lawn, a padel court, and interactive children’s playrooms with splash pads.
  • Entertainment & Dining: A signature restaurant featuring terrace seating, private dining salons, a curated library with wine and game lounges, a screening room, and elite golf and Formula 1 simulators.

Founded in 1897, Kempinski is Europe’s oldest independent luxury hospitality company, and their transition into the Miami market promises a refined, hospitality-driven approach to daily life.

Anticipated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2029, the Kempinski Residences are set to become a defining addition to Miami's collection of luxury homes.
