Architecture & Design
Completed in 2010, Paramount Bay is a 47-story waterfront tower designed by the architecture firm Arquitectonica and developed by Royal Palm Companies. Its all-glass construction and curved profile place every residence toward the water and the city skyline.
The interior design was created by musician-turned-interior-designer Lenny Kravitz of Kravitz Design Inc., giving the residences and shared spaces their distinctive character.
