Elysee

Elysee gives two full levels to its amenities. On the 7th floor, a 75-foot resort pool sits beside an outdoor summer kitchen and BBQ terrace, with a fitness center, gym reception and yoga studio close by. The men's and women's spa adds a sauna, steam shower, private massage rooms and a blow dry bar, and a children's room adjoins the fitness center.

On the 30th floor, the great room with a grand piano opens to unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami. The same level holds a south-facing grand dining room that seats up to 30 guests with wine coolers, a library that converts into a private theatre with a 4K projector, a full lounge bar, a chef's kitchen with a chef's table for indoor and outdoor seating, a business center, resident wine storage and a game room.

Elysee was completed in 2021, with architecture by Arquitectonica and development by Two Roads Development. The 57-story tower rises in blue glass with white balconies, a profile that reads clearly from the water and from the Miami skyline.

Arrival is part of the design: a covered entrance canopy framed by sculpted topiary trees leads inside, where glass walls, high ceilings and views across the bay carry the architecture into the residences.
