75 Broadway

The collection at 75 Broadway is limited to 106 homes, including seven penthouses, with one-, two-, and three-bedroom residence types and just three homes per typical floor. Every residence opens from a private elevator foyer and is wrapped in expansive glass, so living rooms, kitchens and bedrooms all share the light and the outlook.

Inside, the layouts are open and calm: kitchens anchored by stone islands with wood cabinetry and wine storage, living and dining areas arranged along curved walls of windows, and bathrooms finished in marble with freestanding stone tubs. Terraces extend the interiors outdoors, facing the bay, the ocean and the skyline.

Kohn Pedersen Fox shaped 75 Broadway as a curved glass tower of stacked horizontal bands, rising 52 stories above palms and tropical landscaping. Bronze-toned fins and sweeping glazed corners give the facade its rhythm and carry the building's silhouette against the Miami sky.

At street level, the design is equally deliberate: a paved motor court meets a curved glass entry, and the gym, pool and garden terraces overlooks share the same language of curves, stone and warm wood. It is a boutique-scale building developed by Ytech, whose restraint is the point.
